“聚祥”全自動(dòng)卸磚打包機(jī)，是在半自動(dòng)打包機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上，進(jìn)行了技術(shù)創(chuàng)新，配置自動(dòng)卸磚系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)采用了我公司全自動(dòng)碼坯機(jī)的原理，由升降、平移、回轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)作組成。卸磚機(jī)夾具從窯車上夾取磚塊，分為整層一次抓取或多次抓取，經(jīng)過(guò)平移動(dòng)作，放在編組臺(tái)上，然后由打包系統(tǒng)完成編組、碼垛、打包，最后由叉車叉起外運(yùn)，完成整個(gè)卸磚打包過(guò)程。

The“JuXiang” fully automatic brick unloading and baling machine is based on thesemi-automatic baler, which has carried out technological innovation and isequipped with an automatic brick unloading system. The system adopts theprinciple of the company's automatic setting machine and consists of lifting,translation and rotation actions. The fixture of the brick unloading machinepicks up the bricks from the kiln cart and divides them into one grab ormultiple grab of the entire layer. After the translation action, it is placedon the assembly table, and then the baling system completes the grouping,palletizing, baling, and finally the forklift forks up for  transportation to complete the entire brickunloading and baling process.
